You may use SocialMdAI to:

  • Create social media posts for professional networking
  • Share clinical insights and medical knowledge
  • Facilitate professional discussion with peers
  • Build your professional online presence
  • Document clinical cases (anonymized)
  • Develop CME (Continuing Medical Education) content
  • Educate patients about health conditions
  • Discuss medical trends and research
  • Promote your medical practice professionally

2.1 Content Quality Standards

Generated content should:

  • Be factually accurate and evidence-based
  • Include appropriate disclaimers
  • Respect patient privacy and dignity
  • Comply with medical ethics guidelines
  • Be appropriate for intended audience
  • Include citations for medical claims
  • NOT provide personal medical advice
  • NOT replace professional consultation

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Illegal Activities

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Violate local, state, national laws
  • Facilitate fraud or scams
  • Promote illegal drugs or services
  • Distribute illegal content

3.2 Medical Malpractice & Ethics Violations

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Provide unauthorized medical advice
  • Diagnose patients without proper examination
  • Prescribe medications inappropriately
  • Violate doctor-patient confidentiality
  • Share identifiable patient information
  • Practice medicine without a license
  • Violate professional ethics guidelines
  • Commit fraud or misrepresentation

3.3 Harmful & Abusive Content

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten others
  • Publish hate speech or discrimination
  • Create defamatory content
  • Engage in cyberstalking or doxing
  • Incite violence or self-harm
  • Create sexually explicit or obscene content

3.4 Privacy Violations

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Share identifiable patient information
  • Breach patient confidentiality (HIPAA, IPC)
  • Publish private information without consent
  • Impersonate other medical professionals
  • Create fake credentials or licenses
  • Misrepresent qualifications or expertise

3.5 Technical Abuse

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Deploy malware or viruses
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks
  • Reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Hack or penetrate security systems
  • Bypass authentication or access controls
  • Use automated scraping tools

3.6 Spam & Manipulation

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages
  • Artificially inflate metrics (engagement, followers)
  • Engage in click-fraud or pay-for-engagement schemes
  • Post repetitive or duplicate content
  • Manipulate search rankings or algorithms
  • Coordinate fake engagement campaigns

3.7 Misinformation & Medical Fraud

You may NOT use SocialMdAI to:

  • Spread medical misinformation
  • Publish false health claims
  • Promote unproven treatments
  • Discourage evidence-based medicine
  • Create fake testimonials or case studies
  • Commit medical fraud or scams

4. Content Moderation

4.1 Flagged Content

If content is flagged:

  • You receive notification
  • Content may be temporarily unavailable
  • Manual review conducted within 24 hours
  • You given opportunity to respond
  • Final decision communicated

4.2 Appeals

If your content is removed:

  1. You receive notice explaining the reason
  2. You can submit appeal with explanation
  3. Appeals reviewed within 48 hours
  4. Final decision notified
  5. Escalation available through Grievance Redressal Process

5. Data & Privacy Compliance

5.1 Anonymization Standards

Clinical cases must have removed:

  • Patient names or initials
  • Medical record numbers
  • Birth dates (use age ranges instead)
  • Specific dates (use timeframes: "week ago," "2 months ago")
  • Hospital or clinic names
  • Specific locations (city name is usually OK)
  • Email addresses or phone numbers
  • Any other identifying characteristics

5.2 Non-Compliance

Failure to anonymize properly:

  • Content may be removed without warning
  • Account may be suspended
  • Legal action may be pursued by patients
  • You remain liable for privacy violations

6. Consequences for Violations

6.1 Content Removal

  • Violating content removed immediately
  • Reason provided to account holder
  • Appeal process available

6.2 Account Warnings

  • First violation: Written warning
  • Pattern of behavior: Formal warning
  • Repeated violations: Account restrictions

6.3 Account Suspension

Temporary suspension (7-30 days) for:

  • Multiple content violations
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Pattern of prohibited content
  • Failure to respond to warnings

6.4 Account Termination

Permanent termination for:

  • Criminal activity
  • Severe patient harm
  • Repeated violations after warnings
  • Systematic abuse of Platform
  • Fraud or identity misrepresentation

7. Reporting Violations

7.1 How to Report

Report violations to:

  • Subject: "ACCEPTABLE USE VIOLATION"
  • Include: Description, content link, your reasoning
  • Response within 24 hours

7.2 Confidentiality

  • Reports handled confidentially
  • Reporter identity protected
  • Investigation details not shared
  • Outcome communicated only to parties involved
