2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

3. Pro-Rata Refund — Mid-Term Cancellation

If you cancel your annual subscription after the 7-day window, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Formula

Refund = (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days in Subscription) × Amount Paid

Example 1: Annual plan ₹12,000 · Cancel after 6 months (183 days remaining out of 365)

(183 ÷ 365) × ₹12,000 = ₹6,016

Example 2: Annual plan ₹12,000 · Cancel after 3 months (274 days remaining)

(274 ÷ 365) × ₹12,000 = ₹9,008

How to Request Pro-Rata Refund

  1. Cancel your subscription via Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  2. Email hello@med97.com with subject: "PRO-RATA REFUND REQUEST"
  3. Include registered email, cancellation date, and transaction ID
  4. We calculate the refund amount and confirm within 3 business days
  5. Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
