3. Payment & Refund Policy
3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, we offer a full refund
- Refund applies to your first purchase only

3.2 Pro-Rata Basis Refunds
- If you cancel within the annual billing period, you receive a pro-rata refund
- Pro-rata refund = (Remaining days / Total days in billing year) × Amount paid
- Example: If you paid ₹12,000 annually and cancel after 6 months, you receive ₹6,000
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Data remains accessible until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for unused portion after billing cycle ends
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
4.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your credentials with others
4.2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a licensed medical professional to use SocialMdAI
- By using this Platform, you certify that you are legally authorized to practice medicine
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in Telangana.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
